Do you have a minumum night stay?Yes, our minimum stay is 2 nights. During July and August we offer weekly bookings (Sunday-Sunday). Please ask for additional availability.

What times are check-in and check-out?Check-in is 3 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure.

How does check-in work? Do we have to go somewhere to get keys?You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys. Approximately 3 days prior to your check in you will receive your personal keyless entry code. Just arrive at the condo and use the code provided which will be active for the duration of your stay. How many parking spaces are available?There is only 1 designated parking spot available during your stay. Any additional cars must find parking on the street.

Do you have wi-fi and cable at the house?Yes, our home has high speed wireless internet as well as cable.

May we bring a pet to your vacation home?We comply with ADA requirements regarding Service Animals. A service animal is one which is trained to do specific work or perform a specific task for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Pets which provide emotional support, well being, comfort or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidance and must be hosted under our pet policy. House Rules for Pet and Service animals: As per ADA guidance, Service Animals may not be left alone in the condo at any time. Your SA must be under your direct control at all times If you leave your pet in the condo, the pet must be kenneled for their safety, safety of maintenance staff, and to avoid unintentional damage Please do not allow your pet on the furnitureBooking guest must accept responsibility for any and all damage to property or persons resulting from your Service Animal. Additional cleaning or damage repairs may result in forfeiture of damage deposit. Additional costs above the damage deposit amount will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

What are the house rules?PARTIES Must be 25 to book. Parties will not be tolerated and will be subject to automatic eviction. NUMBER OF GUESTS 4 Guest Maximum. No unnamed guests allowed on the property without the consent from host. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am. We want you to enjoy your time but please be considerate of other families and guests. PARKING Guests are only permited 1 parking spot. The yellow pass needs to be displayed in your car for the entire stay. Any additional cars MUST park on the street. Others without a parking tag may be towed at the expense of the guest. NO PETS. NO SMOKING We love fur babies but sorry no pets allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed inside. If you must smoke please smoke in the courtyard. A $400 or more fine may be issued. SWIMMING POOL 1. No food 2. No glass 3. No pets 4. No playing with safety equipment 5. No swimming alone 6. Supervise children under the age of 16 BALCONIES Balconies are not to be used as clotheslines nor should they be used for shaking out sandy beach towels and blankets. Please use the towel rack on the balcony for drying towels and swim suits. Do not throw any objects to or from balconies. DAMAGED ITEMS We understand things happen. If you break something we will find out so please let us know right away so that we can try to fix or replace it before our next guests arrive.

What are The Crest Beach House's booking terms?Payment & Fees We require 50% upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance 31 days prior to your stay. Cleaning Fee: $85 Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incured by the guest. Cancellations Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees. No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund the amount that the new guests paid minus any additional Airbnb booking fees.

Do you supply linens?We do not supply linens. This is standard at most house rentals here at the Jersey Shore. Due to short turnovers and to keep the cleaning costs down for our guests we are not able to provide linens. Please bring your own towels, linens and blankets (both beds are queen size). We offer a linen service for an additional fee.

Do you have any baby gear?We have child safe utensils, plates and bowls as well as a booster seat and some games and books.

How far is the grocery store?Our local grocery store is only a few minutes away. The nearest ones will be in our digital welcome book that you will receive after your reservation is confirmed.

Do you allow smoking in your vacation homes?There is NO SMOKING in our homes. If we find that you have smoked in one of our homes, there will be a minimum $400 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.

What if there is a natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects our stay?Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay. There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

Do you sell trip insurance?We do not sell trip insurance, but we highly recomend getting your own. Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.

Is your property handicapped accessible?We are located on the second floor and there is an elevator on site.

What amenities do you offer?As you prepare for your stay here are the amenities we provide: The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, knives dish soap, Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own kcups) and other essentials. We also have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower along with a roll of paper towels and several rolls of toilet paper. We also have a hairdryer and iron for our guests to use. There is a laundry room on premises. It costs $1.75 per wash and $1.75 per dry so please bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. Guests have access to the condo and everything the complex has to offer which includes: •Elevator •Pool with toddler section •24/7 Laundry room •Off street parking for one car per unit •Poolside gas barbecue grill with seating area •Balcony seating with oceanfront view •Located directly on the beach in Wildwood Crest •Large flat screen TV with cable •Free WiFi •Air conditioning •Bathroom with Shower/Tub combination •Brand new kitchen includes a Granite counter top, smooth top stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and fully equipped with pots & pans, cups, plates and utensils •Dining table for 4
