We’re the family behind The Crest Beach House, here to share some of our story. I’m Umi and this is my husband Bill and our 2 lovely girls Mia and Kira. I’m the face behind the camera, marketing and hosting and he is the face behind all of my other “honey-do-lists”.

We are two simple people with BIG dreams of traveling and owning a business. In the summer of 2018, we took a BIG risk and purchased a vacation home in Wildwood Crest, NJ on a whim. We bought this “Beach House” for our two daughters to grow up with and when we’re not here enjoying it, we like to share it with others as a vacation rental.

My husband and I love traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time at the beach. Bill grew up in New Jersey “down the shore” and I have always had a connection and love for the ocean (my name meaning “Sea” in Japanese). Owning a property Oceanside was something we could have only dreamed of and now we are sharing that dream with you!

Whether it’s your first time visiting Wildwood or have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for years, we are here to make your experience fun and exciting! No matter where you are from we want to make you feel right at home….

Home is a feeling. Home is togetherness. Home is where the heart is. Home is wherever I’m with you. THIS is what we want our families to feel the moment they enter our home.
